Donation Opportunities

Dr. MJL Foundation is in the process of  establishing electronic methods (i.e. Pay pal) in order to except donations. In  the interim, should you wish to donate, you can mail your donation to: Dr. MJL  Foundation, Inc., 120 Oak Brook Center, Suite 416, Oak Brook, IL 60523. A receipt will be mail to you.  Your donations are tax deductible under IRS Section 2055, 2106 or 2522 of the  Code; please check with your accountant for further information.
